R.S.V.P...?
R.S.V.P. is an abbreviation of the French phrase, "Répondez s'il vous plaît." It is added to the bottom of many invitations and means, in English, "Please reply."
In the New Testament Book of Matthew, Jesus spoke of a King that commanded His servants,
"'Go to the street corners and invite to the banquet anyone you find.' So the servants went out into the streets and gathered all the people they could find, both good and bad, and the wedding hall was filled with guests."
